Last Minute Checklist

  • If your dress is being made, go for the final fitting, and pick up one or two days before the wedding.
  • Make sure that the best man has a schedule of events and a list of everything they need to do.
  •  Make a list of last-minutes tasks and delegate to responsible friends and family. For example, ask someone to be on hand to drive you to the ceremony, if your transport fails to show up.
  • A few days before give a wedding day timetable to key people: the MC, the best man, attendants, groom’s mother.
  • If you feel its necessary call your florist, caterer, hairdresser, photographer, hire car and musicians to double check arrangements. You don’t have to do this five times, just once to put your mind at ease.
  • Your honeymoon case should be packed, make sure that you have tickets and passports!
  • If you want a lasting memory, buy a guest book, which you can pass around for people to sign, at the reception
